Why you want to be a Chef?
Since my grandpa is good chef back in China, I gowned up with a big appetite about all the delicious Szechuan cuisine cooked by him. I remember we will have a grand supper for the Chinese New Year’s night prepared by him which took 1 week, and the moment every family members gathered together enjoyed the dishes was his most happy time, the satisfied smiling faces is the reason pushed me want to be a good chef as my grandpa.

When I am cooking all i want to see is the moment that they are asking for another one, this is the biggest honer you can expect from your diner. I’ll do my best to meet people’s diverse preference.
What you hope to gain from your Blogging experience.
My previous experience is all about Chinese cuisine, so i am looking for a new adventure in the new field and to learn new different cooking culture.

This is an amazing blogger who shares some gorgeous Chinese cuisine he cooked. The greatest thing he did is made the Chinese cuisine looks much more attractive and fancy, it mixed local culture and international taste all together.
One thing i think could be done better is uploading more culture information behind each dishes, cause cuisine is not only about cooking its also about the interesting culture beneath it.
